"Free to Be ME" Journeys of Empowerment

During our Events we set up an area filled with our fun and inviting Journeys (stations), and allow the group to come play and experience at their own level and pace.  We hold an empowering and compassionate space for everyone to be who they truly are. Our program offers opportunities for each to dive in and explore, express, learn about and even expand their passions and talents.  We also focus on creative conflict resolution in a total acceptance and non-judgmental way!  The outcome is lots of fun, an expanded awareness about the world and environment around oneself, deeper connection to self and self expression, and lots of seeds planted for healthy boundaries, self confidence and acceptance, joy of life, clear/compassionate communication with others, harmony and balance!  Our programs structure is offered in a non-structured way, which gives each participant the space and encouragement to remember and follow their own natural rhythms. Each one of our Free to Be ME Guides have learned to how to hold this space and go with the flow of each day and each individual, all the while still holding appropriate boundaries.  Each experience is unique, and becomes transformational for us all!

Creatively ME Our Creative Arts & Crafts Station embraces spatial intelligence.  This journey is all about self expression and going deeper within oneself, there is no right or wrong. We encourage each person to look at their creation as being unique and not compare it with anyone else’s.  Everyone is given a safe space to look at and express ones own desires, feelings etc.  It is all about self, what or who do you feel like being, or what do you want to express at this moment?  What do you like or dislike?  There is lots of freedom at this station for everyone to express creativity in their own way.

Expressing ME This journey it is all about facing, embracing and accepting responsibility for one's own emotions.  Creative conflict resolution is accomplished through fun activities where we learn that emotions are not bad, it is what we do with them that brings desired or undesired consequences.  Everyone is empowered as they learn that they have the ultimate choice of what to do with these actions, words and thoughts.  Tools such as the Egg Shifter and Emotion Deflator are taught to show what we can do with our out-of-balance emotions to help bring about more pleasant and appropriate outcomes. Intrapersonal intelligence is nurtured as they develop a deeper awareness of their inner world.

Discovering ME Through the hands-on exploration at this station we begin to learn more about Mother Earth and remember our connection to her, all inhabitants, including her mineral and plant kingdoms.  Responsibility to and for Mother Earth is encouraged.  Visitors taking this journey are taught ways to expand awareness of how to better help and appreciate Mother Earth and all her inhabitants. 

Entertaining ME In this exciting Journey one can express oneself by dressing up, using body art, participating in theatrical choreography, creating a puppet show, acting, singing/dancing, etc…. It is a wonderful opportunity for building self confidence, self expression, and developing bodily-kinesthetic intelligence as they explore and discover various aspects of themselves. Excitement builds as their creativity soars to new heights.

Abundantly & Manifesting ME From making an exciting treasure map to creating a new Paradigm Business this Journey is all about expanding our awareness of all types of abundance, the power of intention, creating a healthy mindset of giving and receiving money,  and remembering our true unlimited source comes from within.  It taps into aspects of logical-mathematical intelligence. "Journeyers" are given tools to remind them to focus their thoughts on what they truly want in order to manifest a joyful and well-balanced life.

Sensory ME This Journey is all about expanding awareness of all of our senses; sound, touch, feel, taste, smell and sense/inner wisdom.  Through many games, musical instruments, and activities we explore and learn more about the connection with our senses and strengthening our linguistic and musical intelligence.  Through inner wisdom activities we increase our consciousness of how we affect and are affected by our senses.

Appreciating ME Here, through up-lifting games, encouragement of bodily-kinesthetic intelligence and self reflective activities we remind everyone how important it is to appreciate and nurture ourselves by making healthy choices and setting healthy boundaries regarding our physical, spiritual and emotional selves.

Time for ME In this Journey everyone is encouraged to listen to their own natural rhythms.  Opportunities include taking time for themselves in a cozy place to take a breather, sit by oneself, listen to music, build with blocks, talk with a friend, rest or just BE!  

Observing ME Results of hands-on experiments and ideas such as Dr. Emoto's Water Thoughts, are displayed and shared, which empower us to move through life with more awareness.  These activities encourage us to make conscious and healthy choices which will benefit ourselves, others and ultimately our planet.
